HZ-200M is a 200W air-cooled cabinet-type pulse laser cleaning machine. This hand-held system features small dimensions and low weight (about 52kg) to support exceptionally fast and simplified rust removal. Designed as an all-in-one cabinet system, all functional accessories can be stored inside the cabinet for quick handling and transportation. Equipped with a compact cleaning head to minimize operator workload, the interface supports 16 languages.
1. Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine:
Uses a pulse laser source and galvo cleaning head. Recommended for high-value products where base material integrity must be preserved, as continuous-wave (CW) lasers can damage delicate substrates. Excellent for oil fouling, blotches, and mold cleaning. Available in 50W, 100W, and 200W variants.
2. CW (Continuous Wave) Fiber Laser Cleaning Machine:
Employs a handheld cleaning head with a continuous laser source. Known for exceptional cost-performance efficiency. Ideal for robust metal cleaning targets like rust or thin paint removal on stainless steel, mild steel, and iron. Available in 1000W, 1500W, and 2000W configurations.
The laser cleaning machine heats the surface material using a continuous or pulsed laser beam, causing surface contaminants to rapidly evaporate or sublimate. Operation is non-contact: simply aim the cleaning head at the target area and press the trigger to remove surface contaminants instantaneously.
