Adopts one mountain and one moment layout structure, processed by rigorous casting, tempering, stress relief, guide rail quenching, finishing, and grinding. Work Cycle & Operation Modes

Setup: Place workpiece on the support frame, clamp lightly with the 4-jaw chuck, secure with pneumatic tailstock, and lock the main chuck.

Cladding: The Z-axis drops the laser head, Y-axis aligns, and the spindle rotates as the X-axis feeds horizontally to form a uniform spiral cladding path.
